In regard to the swimming pool, itโs a mixed bag. Good for lap swimming, it has a dedicated lane separated by a rope if you want less interruption. But the rules for the deep end are questionable. I was told that swimmers canโt use the deep end at all while people are diving. The issue with that rule here is that thereโs only one diving board; with the size of this particular pool, that leaves the other end of the pool empty. I can understand not swimming in the half of the pool with the diving board (that is risky) but I was swimming in the other half that is out of the way of divers, and was still told to get out. I donโt agree with this as the divers are just going to exit on the ladder on their side, not swim across to the other ladder since it would waste everyoneโs time. I was by the wall on the empty side of the deep end too; it was highly unlikely for someone to jump on me, and those that get too close could just be told to keep closer to the wall away from the diving board. Honestly the city should install a high diving board to that empty half of the deep end (since itโs 13 feet deep) instead of leaving it unusable to the public and wasting space. That combined with the

This is a nice park to go to when it's cool but the pool is not sanitary. Your child will have some type of outbreak... You've been warned.

I like taking my children to the pool, but I do not believe it is receiving the necessary treatment; we went swimming there on Thursday, June 4, 2026, and by Sunday, June 7, my son began experiencing itching in his genital area. He developed a necrotizing infection that required emergency surgery. Since this type of bacteria is not killed by chlorine, the maintenance staff should monitor pH, chlorine, and nitrous acid levels to ensure the pool is fully disinfected and to prevent further bacterial growth.

Great place for a work out. However it's right next to school , so please be respectful. I do my pulls and sit ups on the exercise equipment. Ten times better than a gym membership ๐ช

Pretty cool park. Super easy access with a bunch of parking. I showed up with my daughter around 2:30, and there were no kids there. I didnโt see any homeless, or people doing drugs, but there were some sketchy people who walked by. There is a bunch of profanity written across the entire playground, but thatโs what happens when you put a public park next to a high school/middle school. I really liked the ladder going up to the big twisty slides. The twisty slides are sketchy for anyone over 80 pounds lol I thought I was gonna break the slide.
